Return Policy

This item is guarantee against manufacturers defects for 30 days from the date of the delivery on all products.

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

Please contact us for a RMA number before returning the item. Items may be returned only with prior authorization., example below:
You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product`s shipping date. Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. Please note that All returns must have an RMA#.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
You may return all defective products (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of shipment. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. If one of these terms are not met there will be up to a 20% restocking fee. If you choose to return a defective unit for a refund, the shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

Shipping Policy

This supplier does accept international shipment. However, all international orders must be prepaid with money order, cashier’s check or direct bank wire transfer.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur additional shipping charges.

Orders are normally shipped and received within 5 to 10 business days. A tracking code is normally provided within 3 to 4 business days.

This supplier collects sales tax on orders shipped to California only.
